Return & Refund Eligibility

Products may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from the order. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof such as photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tampered, damaged-after-delivery, or partially consumed products are not eligible for refund. Products without original packaging, labels, invoice, or order proof may also be rejected.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. It may take 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability. Replacement approval is subject to verification by our support team.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If prepaid, the refund will be processed after successful cancellation confirmation.
